To Our Valued Customers,

Given the current environment with concerns around the increased impact of the coronavirus, we feel it is important to take a moment to assure you that the health and safety of our guests and employees has always been, and will continue to be, of paramount importance at Sierra Tire and Trailer Center.

We are following updates and guidelines suggested by the CDC, Health Department and our State Agencies and will continue to follow our health and safety procedures at each of our locations. Those include:

• Sanitizing Common Areas - We sanitize all surfaces that are commonly touched frequently throughout the day such as: counters, tables, chairs, door handles, bathroom surfaces, computer screens, and credit card machines.

• Hand Washing and Sanitizing - We have reinforced and directed all our team members to continue to follow strict handwashing procedures. Team members must also wash hands after using the restroom, before repairing and handling customer vehicles, and sanitize hands before handling invoices as well as after coughing or sneezing.

• Transparency - All locations are required to have our Illness Policy posted for easy access and review. Any employee exhibiting any signs of illness are instructed to stay home.

We will continue to closely monitor information from our public health officials and follow all guidelines to ensure we are doing everything we can to continue to provide a clean and safe environment for all of our valued customers and employees.
